Landmark Education graduate David Whelan took on introducing photography to kids with cancer during his Self-Expression and Leadership Program. The kids were given their own cameras and led on a photo trip around Whelan’s home city of Seattle. By the end of the three days, the youths were given frames for their pictures. They were also encouraged during the project to share their pictures and their experiences with other cancer patients. See more here:
